Meet the Team

Meet our Administrator
Alexis Romrell
I began my journey in the healthcare field in 2014, driven by a deep passion for caring for the elderly. In 2019, I earned my administrator license, furthering my commitment to making a meaningful difference in the lives of those I serve. Now, with over a decade of hands-on experience, I can honestly say that caring for the elderly is more than just a job, it's my calling.
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work in both assisted living and memory care. While I value both deeply, if you were to ask me which one holds a special place in my heart, I’d say memory care. There's something incredibly meaningful about connecting with residents through the unique challenges of memory loss and being a consistent, caring presence in their lives. This work is both incredibly rewarding and deeply challenging. It takes heart, patience, and a special kind of strength to show up every day and give the care and dignity our seniors deserve.
For me, knowing that I can give back in this way is one of my greatest accomplishments. Outside of work, I’m grateful to share life with my best friend, whom I’ve been married to for two years, and our two wonderful kids who’ve been with me on this journey from the start. They’ve seen what I do every day, and they’re a constant source of motivation and pride. When
I’m not working, you’ll find us outdoors, enjoying time together as a family and making the most of every moment.
Caring for others has always held a special place in my heart—and always will.
